I will remind Randy how lucky he is. I met my current husband through an ex-boyfriend (who refers client to my husband). My ex husband lives in the same town. My ex father-in-law loan me the down payment for my first house. Kids all went to the same high school (not at the same time). So don't throw away your ex's.
A couple of decades ago, one of my clients was moving. I recommended my mover and said casually, "I think you and Fred would really get along." His moving estimate took 8 hours. She and Fred have been happily married for 20+ years and decided NOT to sell the house. There you have, I am poor because my clients don't die, they don't get divorces, they don't move. ROFLMAO.
