My MM also started PS yesterday.  When asked about a graduation date, she seems to be in agreement with the others, along with a bit more info. Her text to me:  "Just before Thanksgiving.  We may or may not get our 10 days leave after.  There is talk we might only get Christmas.  Or just the <10 days?> after PS.  Don't know yet." (Emphasis mine, but just a heads up.)

My sailor started last Thursday so I guess the official start day was yesterday and we were told November 21st.  Anyone have any idea how soon to book the Villas?

ProudNavyMomx2 welcome. I am a stand alone. One son in the Navy, finished boot camp, finished A school and now is about to finish a power school Aug. 1st. He left home 1 year ago so it goes by very fast. This site Navy 4 Moms has been a Godsend.

I am new to Nuke Moms. My son just started boot camp last week. My other son is also in the Navy as an MA stationed in Diego Garcia.

When my son started power school and gave me a date it is right provided he passes. Held off on making reservations for a long time in fear of jinxing something. Told him if anything goes wrong we have a nice visit.

Well I hope they are wrong, after Thanksgiving would be much easier for me but it is what it is, nice to know that they are in class together
