LOL! That sounds familiar! I cried at all three NHS inductions for my kids- heck I cried at dance recitals, state football finals, confirmations, everyhing! I had to really work hard NOT o cry at the airport when we dropped Logan off for OCS- I had promised myself I wouldt so he wouldnt worry. I really miss that kid!!!!
Thanks so much for sharing your feedback, Peggy. I did tear up looking at other people photos too. I really thought I'd be a total wreck that day, but I wasn't---it was all happy...no tears. And this is coming from a mom who had a huge lump in her throat when he was inducted into National Honor Society in high school! haa
Congratulations tomorrow to the newst Ensigns!!
Thanks, NCmom. We have cameras ready. We are just anxious to see our guy.
KC9881, they are really busy about this time. I would suggest, if you have not, join the facebook group page for your class. It is Navy OCS Class 10-11 Friends and Family (20 FEB 2011).
I have found so much info and support on the 09-11 page. Many times other Moms, wives, or family members have heard from their LOs and post what is going on.
