Honestly I wouldn't have to fold it. It isn't on regular paper... I think it is actually supposed to be used as wedding announcement paper. lol! I don't fold it at all, it is about the size of a card and you just stick it in the envelope. Do you still think it is a good idea to do it the same way having the new information??

lr5370: I know I live in FL and it takes about 5-8 buisness day (from the day it was written). Or at least I am pretty sure. Has the weather been bad in IL? If so that could probably slow it down. I don't know for sure just making theory's.

Everyone! I have a question, but first I should give you some background. I will be going to school for Interior Design in the Spring (hopefully), so I have and am taking art classes. So I call myself an artist. I have sent Drew several drawings. Lately I haven't had the time to, but today is our 8 month anniversary. When Drew was here we always did something special for our month anniversaries because we knew he didn't have long until BC.
Here is my idea: I want to make it seem like I am taking him on a date for our anniversary. I was thinking that I should draw a picnic scene. I have already started this ides, but instead of drawing it I am creating it out of tape and watercolor. Do you think this will be a problem? I don't want to cause him trouble, and I want to make sure they actually give it to him. I wouldn't want to put all this work into it, and have them throw it out.
If you don't think it is a good idea should I still make it, but then take a picture of it and send him the picture?

We have never been disappointed at THE NAVY LODGE. And the exchange and commissary is like a mile away from it.

:( No letter or anything today ! Hopefully tommorow !
My MIL is paying for everything too - except we're driving all the way from GA... with two babies. My FIL even went so far as to buy a new car just to go im like wow! Im so excited about that day- ugh I know during the whole drive and the night we get there i'm probably going to go crazy. I'll doubt if i'll sleep that night seeing as how we're waking up @ 3:00 am to get ready.

P.S. The new clock caught my eye as soon as got on the page - love it!

We got our room at the NAVY LODGE. It is only 65.00 a night. It has a fridge and microwave. And there is no room tax.

I have been having issues getting onto the site for about the last half hour. But then again we have losey internet service. We can't even get dial up where we live.

They do have regular chairs to sit in that they put in front of the bleachers. But I will tell you we went to our other son's PIR last July and it was freezing in the hangar. My hubby had to go out to the car to get my jacket. So if it was that cold in July I can only imagine what it is going to be like in Feburary. UGH but I will deal with it. I have fibromyalgia and the cold has been really taking a toll on me. So I just might bring with me a heating blanket. LOLOL
