WOW!! Made it back home to Florida and I am just in heaven.  I had such a wonderful weekend with my Sailor and I am just so proud!!  I want to thank the alumni for such great information in helping with making the trip go so smoothly.  I loved getting to parade my Sailor around Chicago (in his dress whites) while everyone stared at him or came up to thank him for his service.  I cried so much on this trip of sheer Proud Tears!  I know this made it very real for him also.  So good luck to everyone on the next journey.  xoxo

Also, you can all order the PIR DVD by calling the Photo Lab within the week after this PIR at 847-578-6205.  It's $29.00 and is a MUST HAVE!!!

jill and everyone,

The pics taken by the Navy photographer during PIR are posted on U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command Facebook page!!  You can download the pics you see your Sailor on by either clicking on the pic, going down to Options, and choosing Download OR right click and choose "Save Picture As" and save it to your Pictures file on your computer.  Hope that helped!

jill:  You need to go back to the NEX on RTC....they should have the photos.  They won't be mailed to you unless your sailor paid to have them mailed, and that only happens if your sailor paid for the photos and mailed them before graduation.  So I would check with the Photo Lab at the NEX.  You can call them first:  847 578 6205
