Is anyone wearing their SR/division ribbons to meet & greets tonight? Thanks!

Weighing pros and cons: drive 19 hours plus fuel and wear n tear on vehicle. Cheaper to fly.

Denise, you'll be fine. Kind of wish I was flying but can't complain. My dad is driving a van with five us altogether. See everyone at Sarge's later!

Ok everyone. If your sailor is staying in GL for school make sure your sailor finds out how far they can go from base. In April they were restricted to a 50 miles radius PIR weekend because they had not phased up to phase II.

Bottom line is ask your sailor they will or should know. If they don't know, find out before you make plans to go further than 50 miles. Better safe than sorry!

Boarding plane soon! Planning on Sarge later. Getting butterflies! Nervous!
Comment by ellen0502 on September 6, 2012 at 12:46pm

Your sailor must remain within a 50 mile radius of the RTC this weekend.

Have a great weekend you are in for the best hug ever!!!
