Bellaboo: And don't worry...when you see your sailor at PIR, you will KNOW that the RDC's did a great job training him! It is amazing what they do in just 8 weeks.

reeingialla: You are referring to Hoppi aka angie, I think. She frequently pops in to remind us of Navy rules and to contribute info.

And, yes, all need to be careful what is said on here. Specifics should be in private message form, not on the board. You would be amazed at what comes up from this board when you google something about bootcamp. The actual board posts come up! I don't even use my son's first name on here, even though he is stationed now. Just to be sure!

Anyone heard from Liz lately? I am wondering if baby Parker has made his arrival yet?!
Comment by LTLY on September 13, 2010 at 1:40pm
@reenie- I don't think you have said anything either that would get her in trouble.

They prob want to know what the SR's are telling us, and what we are telling everyone else. I actually thought that might be a reason 946 stopped getting calls, we got spoiled at the beginning and made so many comments about it on here...but no way to tell if that is one of the reasons or not. I agree w reenie that sometimes private msg would be better for some things.

but I would think they would look for the PIR that their recruits are graduating under?? I mean, if I was an RDC I would go to the PIR of the group I'm beating up, I mean ITing! LOL

boot camp moms on here... a lady that just went to PIR this past weekend posted and her son said they were referring to things the moms said, something about a candle and a son being injured :( Who would think they would even care what us moms are saying? Just to humiliate the kids, what

I have also heard that they do read the posts...but that we can use first names and pics. Just don't say anything that would get your SR in trouble.

Well if they have time to read our posts, they have too much time on their hands. Imma tell you what they NEED to be doing instead of wasting tax dollars reading a forum...They NEED to be training our SR's. Yeah, I said it, lol!

Hey Yall... it's me Tiff's mom.... just read on bootcamp website that the RDC's DO read the posts... so this is going to be hard to not type her name andnot see her pic :( oh well, only 17 more days!! I can't believe they would waste their time reading our posts, but I guess it's to get our SR's in trouble?? who knows!
