Hello Everyone! We are from Northeastern PA and are excited about meeting everyone from div.355 and the rest of the divisions as well. We have received many letters from our Sr, but have still not received the form letter for PIR. We have contacted the recruiter, but are still waiting to hear. Our son tells us everything is going great and he really likes it and he is scheduled to graduate on Nov. 2. I just don't understand why we have not received the form letter.

This is something you can print onto a card or hand write it if your recruits RDC doesn't allow printed or typed documents. Have your Sailor fill it out as soon as they get their itenerary and then after PIR they can give it to you. This way you have all the info and don't have be worried that you are at the wront gate or even worse at the worng airport. believe me it has happened :-( This is information that your Sailor won't have until a day or so before PIR so they can't mail it back to…

This is their final test and then they are sailors! Be asking your SRs when their division will be going through BattleStations. We cannot post dates on N4Moms or FB, but we can private message them and you can post on the PIR page that you have a date if anyone would like to private message you for it. I would like it also since I will be keeping a schedule.

RTC has asked that we not post the dates so that you all can practice OPSEC which means not mentioning "ship movement"…

RTC has asked that we not post the dates so that you all can practice OPSEC which means not mentioning "ship movement" before the fact. They want you to consider BattleStations as ship movement since the SRs will be encountering all emergencies that could happen to them at sea during this overnight drill.
