<p>This is something you can print onto a card or hand write it if your recruits RDC doesn't allow printed or typed documents. Have your Sailor fill it out as soon as they get their itinerary and then after PIR they can give it to you. This way you have all the info and don't have be worried that you are at the wrong gate or even worse at the wrong airport. believe me it has happened :-( This is information that your Sailor won't have until a day or so before PIR so they can't mail it back to…</p>

<p>I understand that it is an early event and we need to be there super early. I am arriving in Midway and renting (I hope) a car -- I have no problem getting to the hotel but will the next day, in the dark, driving in the middle of nowhere. It would be nice if we could caravan. Any ideas?</p>
