For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

My flight has a layover in ATL tomorrow at 4:00-- leave ATL at 5:30 ;-) seems to be a popular departure place!
I think we need to have name tags on with our user names on them. So we can spot each other and give a real hugs. Thnak you Navy Moms!
Thank you to everyone on this site.You have been my life line over these past 8 weeks. I would check the wall every day and night. All the information and comments has helped so much. The days went by slow but the week went fast. To all the new commers here. Hang in there you day will be here before you know it. Can't wait to see my SR on Friday. Leaving tomarrow at noon from Atlanta. We are sooo excited!! Little brother gets to miss school. Thank you all again so much for all the weeks information and encouragement. It was truly a blessing. Safe travel to all and Good Luck to the new groups comming up. :>
