Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 017 and 018
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

So SORRY about the name. I was so excited and proud that I was just wanting to shout his name from the rooftops. Well my blue candle is burning can't wait for the phone call tomorrow. From what my SR has told me this is a great group of guys and they have all worked together to get thru this . So proud of all of them and prayers for each one of them. Have to say the call yesterday made today a little easier. He was so positive and happy. He told me he had no worries and that they had this. I believe him. Only 4 more days.
Has anyone heard anything? I know those SRs are going through this BUT I think we are going nuts waiting to hear!!!!! :) Wonder how many are in the divisions to have to call?
Got the call, Division 18 all passed BS! They have been up for 39 hours now and are completely exhausted! But they are all Sailors!!!!

Our SAILOR called and I just wanted to hug him. He was exhausted but good. I so wanted to post when he called. I was out of town and couldn't get to my phone. Congratulations to all of our Sailors. Hope to meet you at Sarge's meet and greet on Thursday.
I got my call while I was at work (he remembered my cell phone#). So proud of my SAILOR!!! He is exhausted but so happy. Can't wait to hug him Friday morning. Congratulations to all the new sailors--well done!!
I was so surprised I actually got 2 calls today. Very tired, very excited and said he can't wait until Friday. Asked me to pick up letters and pictures from the cheer leader so that he can show them off. Congratulations to all of the Sailors and their family members. God bless you all, get some rest and hopefully I will get to meet you sometime this weekend.
