@Kendra (and any Mom), lets share our N4M user names with our daughters so they can find who is who's Mom and also so they can hopefully connect knowing we chat daily  :-)

Still no call or letters.  Was expecting her call today, and there's still hope for that. Can't wait to get home and check the mailbox!!!!

Comment by ABH Mom (Tiffani) on October 27, 2011 at 12:14pm

Good morning everyone, happy for everyone that received their letters yesterday, keeping my fingers crossed that the rest get their letters today.

@diannep, hope your vet appt goes well, we love both of our dogs so much, tough to see when they are sick.

@Jenn, he will get it down, as much as they do, I'm sure they try to make sure everyone passes.  I think the reason my son did it so fast was because of wrestling, all they seemed to do was run (run in practice, run to school, run home, run to make sure your weight is on, etc....).  Now, folding is a whole nother story for him, lol.

Yay Kendra - so glad you got letters yesterday.  I got a letter too.  It was pretty much stuff that we had talked about during our call but was still nice to get the letter.  He did say that he missed home - which was either brought on because he does actually miss home or by the fact that I guilted him into it after I complained about his first letter didn't make any mention of missing me at all.  He also said that he wished he had listened to me more before he left and worked harder on his running.  That's right son!  Mom does know stuff.  I just wish I hadn't been right about that and I hope he can speed up his time.  I know that he will eventually pass his PFT - I just hope it's in time to graduate with everyone.  Keeping my fingers crossed, prayers going out and my blue candle lit!  I hope everyone that is still waiting on letters (that dang post office - can't believe how awful they are!  j/k aloha!!)  and calls get them today!!!

Happy Thursday everyone!

Good new Kendra! Glad to hear you all got letters yesterday!

@diannep: thinking of you and your 4 legged family member today. It's tough when they can't tell us what's up. Even tougher when you get the vet bill! yikes.... I ended up paying $1200 for our Golden last May and we still ended up having to put her down.....

Strong thoughts for this being manageable, speedy healing, and not draining on the pocketbook.......

Have a great day everyone. Hoping for some news today....

I met him at the door and thanked him so much!!! He laughed and said one of the letters almost went to a different address but being that 5 others went to mine he decided they all belonged there! He is so smart!

Does anyone know about divisional Tshirts I have been hearing about??
