Mari - we spoke for about 15 min and then he was going to try to get ahold of his sister & gf. I asked how long they got to talk and he said "until they yell at me to get off" But knowing my son, he will get off as soon as he can so others can call.

I have good news and frustating news depending on how you look at it. I was just messaging with our friend Dianne who helps in here all the time. She said she spoke to her son for an hour after Battlestations. So that got me to thinking. An hour for each person in each division with the number of phones the have is going to take awhile....so we bette settle out butts in a chair and recognize we are going to wait. I want my time with my sailor and I want everyone else whose loved has become a sailor to have that time too...so if it takes a couple of hours till I hear that is okay...so I am just warning you guys we might be in for a wait...lol
