Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 035 & 036

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

My husband is ship 03 DIV 035. He called me on Saturday to talk about his itinerary and then we had some time to chat. He gave me some names of guys he's made friends with but since we can't say names on here I thought I'd use the descriptions he gave me. I'd love to meet some of his friends loved ones. His bunk mate and best friend at BC is 23 and has a 5 year old. He also has a friend from Houston, a friend from Minnesota, and a friend from Oklahoma. We live in Dallas, and have a little boy who is a year and a half.

Was this your first phone call or one the Div. earned?  Got letters from daughter with phone call after week 3, but nothing over the holiday.  Trying to see if they get leave right after PIR or do they have to report to new command first.

He told me it was one that was dews mandatory by the higher up people to get Christmas leave figured out and talk about the leave and where to send the itinerary.

For those that would like to pre-order the USS Hopper Ship-3 coin.  You can

We are hoping (or Hoppering ~ha) to have it by the 21 Dec PIR. It's going to be close.

hi everybody, my son is ship 3 div 35, he seems to be one of the young ones, he turned 18 during bootcamp.. i have received a few letters and 3 phonecalls so far.. the first a couple of weeks were hard , he was homesick.. but now he is doing much better .. anybody going to Sarge's  meet and greet . what all is needed for the graduation?? somebody said something about ribbons??

If you want ribbons you can order them from Lala Ribbon Queen. If you want a challenge coin you can get that from Craig. I am going to Sarge's on Thursday evening. Hope to see you there! I am bummed out that I did not get a call Saturday. I have a list of questions to ask my SR. Hope she will be able to squeeze a call in this week!

Just got back from Hawaii ....can't wait for next week...I don't know about the ribbons...how do I know what to order?

Hope your daughter is doing well ...Brennan called on Dec. 1st and said he had streep but everything else was ok...and yes, my husband and I will be attending Sarge's on thursday...

If you go to her website it will show you. You just need to decide what you want on your ribbons. First or last name on one side and the division number goes on the other. They look really nice. Looking forward to seeing you at Sarge's!
