Thank you everyone who prayed and thought of our kids last night. That means so much. I will be sure to pray for yours as well. Yes, now we wait for calls.....

Wishing you all whose loved one has Battlestations tonight the very best. Hope you get more sleep than I did.

Ladies, I just got done with my prayer time and I prayed specifically for the ones at battlestation right now. They'll do well, I hope your calls come quickly.

didn't get to sleep either until 3:30 and I'm up now since 5:30! I know the time is going to pass slowly today while we are all waiting for the call. Bringing a bottle of champagne to my office. If that call comes before 5:00 PM, the cork is popped... a toast will be made for all... honoring all the new sailors. My office staff is totally caught up with us since day 1. I talk about all of us every day. Still can't believe the day is here....Can't believe I'm getting on a plane Thursday morning...I'm deathly afraid to fly.... LOL If our recruits can get thru BC and finally BS, I can overcome my fear and get on a plane... Yesterday I misplaced my cell phone and was in a panic crying... knowing Rob will call my cell and won't reach me. Dumped out my pocketbook all over the front seat of the car, was just about to run back into Wal-Mart and make them announce my situation hoping an honest customer would turn it back in and all the customers would help look for it, when I found it between the car seats...then I cried again out of relief. Today and probably the rest of the week, tears will be coming down like rivers for all the pride and joy for all our recruits, now sailors...I know all will make it thru BS and will march with pride on Friday...

When my brother was talking to my mother on Sunday he gave her 4 last names of guys that he has become friends with. pretty sure they are all in DIV 194 and here they are, Bailey, Elliott, Bires and Fusco. Anyone here with those names?

Traci, I did the exact same thing here, except your 4:30 was 3:30 here. So I guess we got up about the same time. I'm off work for the summer so maybe I can get a late morning nap. I need to go shopping though. At noon I'm taking the cell phone and going to go hang out where my husband works so he can talk to his son also.

Well, its 4:30am here. As expected, I tossed and turned and finally gave up! Hope our boys and girls are doing well! I'm so nervous for them. Hopefully I'll be able to get some sleep at some point! But I just want to know that they're all okay.
