Thank you Navymom2!  It's always reassuring to have others pray for us.  My low back has improved I can go up 3-4 steps on my own before I have to grab a railing or person!  My midback/neck/shoulder - every time I think it's better, it gets worse again, of course my job looking down, writing....doesn't help. but just folding laundry is a struggle, can't hold my arms out or up. can't look up and reach at the same time. as getting dishes from high cupboards. Can't roll over in bed.... But I do Praise God that the pain is less and I'm only going to the doctor once a week now.  Still, doing Chiropractic, massage, decompression, ice and heat. not healed enuff for stretches.

God's Blessings Upon all of you.

Thanks again for the Prayers

Hi Blondie.  I had to take a moment to encourage you sister. Seems like you have always have a lot on your plate. Do not feel guilty for taking some rest days to relax and recover. The enemy whispers these thoughts of guilt to overwhelm and distract you from what you know in your heart you need.

"Father GOD we lift up Blondie to you right now. Please heal her and take away any sickness from her body. Let her rest and relax knowing that we serve a GOD of miracles. Our help comes from you the Maker of the Heavens and Earth. Your will be done. Thank you for loving us and caring about everything in our lives. May you be glorified. In Jesus mighty name we pray together. Amen."

I'm struggling here ladies.  Not with my soul but with life in general.  Feeling exhausted and lost.  So many people need me but I need to heal.

. . . now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation. 2 Corinthians 6:2

With God we will gain the victory, and he will trample down our enemies.
Psalm 60:12

Lord, thank you for another day. Give me the wisdom, strength, and energy to do what needs doing. Jesus, no matter how hard things seem today, help me to remember that it’s only a temporary obstacle on the road to your ultimate victory in my life. This is just our temporary home, someday we will see our Glory with you.

If the Lord delights in a man’s way, he makes his steps firm. Psalm 37:23

In his love and mercy he redeemed them; he lifted them up and carried them all the days of old.  Isaiah 63:9

Lord, I look ahead and get afraid sometimes. I don’t see a way through the obstacles ahead. Help me to remember to follow you and just to take the next step. Abba Father, I get so tired and weary from all the demands and responsibilities of life. Thank you for taking them from me and for carrying me. I place my worries in your hands, Lord. Amen

But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3

The Lord is faithful to all his promises and loving toward all he has made.  Psalm 145:13

Lord, give me the strength I need to face what’s ahead. Protect me from the evil one and keep my faith strong.   Even though my circumstances change and seem to go up and down, I’m grateful that you’re always there, my Solid Rock.

“I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing loving-kindness.” Jeremiah 31:3

Dear God, thank you for showering me with blessings and revealing your unfailing kindness. Allow me to bless others with the same spirit of generosity.

“The Lord is slow to anger, abounding in love and forgiving sin and rebellion.” Numbers 14:18

Lord, I’m grateful that you are slow to anger and don’t express your anger the way people do. Help me to control my anger and show mercy to those who provoke me. Help me become more like you.

He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

Psalm 147:3

Father, please continue to bind and heal the broken areas and wounds inside me, my family and friends. Allowing us to be restored to health and wholeness. Through Christ Your Son Amen

going through some tuff times here. Death of young mother of 2, fought Cancer for 6 1/2 years, funeral today.  Close friend's husband is brain dead, she's not ready to pull the plug.  Are we ever ready?  Breaks my heart to watch.  Doctor friend past away, his wife had a stroke in June and is in an assisting living facility, which are shut down because of Covid, she missed his funeral. My daughter is having marriage problems, nothing I can do. Military and miles away, in process of moving to England for 4 years, has a 3 years old daughter. My husband's unemployment is running out next week, we only get 379.00 but what will we do without it?????

Heavenly Father, Thank you for holding me up and walking this lonely, scary life with me. I Trust in your wisdom and Love. Sending Prayers for all these and everyone, everywhere that is hurting.  May your Love Comfort them. Amen

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. . . . look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.

Philippians 2:3–4

The World needs this now. I learnt it this way years ago (60's)

J - J is for JESUS, he takes 1st place

O - O is for Others

Y - Y is for you

Put yourself LAST and spell JOY!
