DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Pray for all the Naval bases and ships that have left their ports to get out of the storms paths too. Lord keep our Sailors and their ships out of harms way as they wait for the storms to pass by their home ports. We trust them into your care. Amen

Thank you Lord that the first two storms have not been as bad as they could have . We know Lord you are in control of all things including hurricanes. Lord I ask that by your spoken word that you would calm the seas. Spare the many countries, islands, and people from the devistation. Lord your timing is perfect and your will be done. In Jesus' Name I ask. Amen

Cindy--sorry she has 2 fractures--hope they are stress fractures. Mine healed pretty close to that timing by using the walking boot and using crutches as much as possible.
My prayers for her Navy career!

Praises for the prayers sent on my Mom's behalf. She is still in pain, but had some relief this morning. All we want for her is comfort.

Lord you are the Great Physician and we ask that you would heal Cindy's daughters foot. I speak to the Bones, ligiments and tendons to return to normal and line up in the name of Jesus. I also pray for the Drs for right diagnosis...but we also know that your timeing is perfect Lord and your will be done in her life and body. I aslo ask that you be with Cindy... Lord it is hard to be a way form our children when they are hurt. Give Cindy peace as she trusts you as she releases her daugher to your care. I ask this in Jesus Mighty, Powerful and Healing Name.

Dearest Lord--Please grant me patience in waiting. My 88 yr old mother is in the hospital (taken there by nursing home.) She is in a lot of pain. Her stomach is so swollen. I went home last week for a couple of days to see her. She wants to be with her husband, her son, her mother and father.
She has been a blessing to thousands. She is a faithful and loving servant. Please help her find comfort. Only you, dear God, know how many days are left on her earthly walk. She is ready to be received. Amen

Precious Lord, take my hand,
Lead me on, let me stand,
I am tired, I am weak, I am worn;
Through the storm, through the night,
Lead me on to the light:

Take my hand, precious Lord,
Lead me home.

When my way grows drear,
Precious Lord, linger near,
When my life is almost gone,
Hear my cry, hear my call,
Hold my hand lest I fall:

When the darkness appears
And the night draws near,
And the day is past and gone,
At the river I stand,
Guide my feet, hold my hand:
