What a wonderful idea... So nice to know that each and every sailor will be offered in prayerful thoughts! I will be joining you in prayer!

I just started a group call Pray For Our Sailors. The idea is that at 9:00 pm in your time zone, we stop to pray for our Sailors, military personnel and their families. I am part of group the prays at a specific time for our elected officials. I have modified this group to be every evening instead of once a week. Literally we can have all the service men and women covered in pray 24 hours 7 days a week.

Driving back to home for a couple of days to catch my breath, so to say, and to see my orthopedic dr for an injection. Traveling mercies, please, as the weather looks dicey coming back out of the St Louis region to return to Indianapolis to be with Mom. It has been a praise to see so many of her older church friends I have not seen for the past 5-30 years.

Dear Lord
Today Mom had a good day, and for that we are thankful. We shall treasure up these moments in time for when she comes to be in your Holy arms.
Thank you for the treaveling mercies shown me as I drove the 250 miles to be with Mom once again.
Amen

Eternal God
Thank you for another safe visit to see my Mom. The dr has said now is the time to call in hospice. We thank you for the dignity that hospice will give Mom, that we were able to see her for her 89th birthday, and that when the time comes, you will give me another chance to sit and pray with her.
God, you are a loving God, and we believe in the love that only You can give Mom.
Amen
