Our son classed up today & will be graduating on Friday July 26th. We will not be able to attend the graduation so I'm hoping that someone that will be there could possibly take some pics of our son & email them to me. I would greatly appreciate it.

Yes! My son went and bought a tv and ps3 before he even classed up and had me send all his games. The wifi is expensive though if he plays his games online. My son uses hot spot on his phone. He doesn't get to play on it a whole lot right now but he only has 3 weeks left.

My son will be graduating from BC on 6/14 and will report to SA to start MA school. He wants to know if he is allowed to have his PS3? Can anyone give me some information on what he is allowed to have? Thank you!

I'm sure that did make you so proud! Thanks for the reminder about getting the pass ahead of time, not everyone sees that in the other info posted here.

Prod Navy Parent - I'll let you know how it goes.  I know it's not as formal as PIR, but we're still really excited to go and see him as he takes another step into his future.  He has his orders, so he's really excited to move on the the next phase.

My son is now starting week 3. He had his first weekend off base. He seems very excited about his Naval journey so far. He has orders for Guam after this.

Slbmo3 (and anyone else with a new Sailor who has just arrived), welcome. Be sure to check out the discussions above. You will also want to join MAA Moms. Other groups to check out are New MAA Mom's (it has not been very active) and Security Sailors (it is not as active and includes loved ones of Sailors from other ratings as well). Ask anything you need to ask.
