For your first question, it’s a case by case basis. He’ll be sent to a division as close to where he left as possible.<br />

As for calls, the entire unit can have call privileges revoked at any time but as long as no one is caught with contraband he should be able to call home on Sunday.<br />

It’s torture for us moms to be in the dark when our kids are injured or ill. Be assured they’re taking care of his health. RCU is kinda like a gulag mentally but your son won’t be there long.<br />
