is anyone going to the airport to see thier SR off to A school? does anyone know if we can take them their cell phones and a change of clothes?
http://callsforrecruits.org for FREE phone cards. You get 8 cards, each has 30 minutes for our recruits to make calls when they can.
I am so glad the Cardinals wrapped up the division this year!! Now I hope they keep winning!! That would make my Sailor so happy!!
I just got back from my other boys PIR and I went to the sundance saloon for meet and greet and that is what I would suggest.
Can someone repost the picture of the Cardinal Navy group standing in front on the museum before they left. I am so scatter brained I cannot find it. THANK YOU!
Which meet and greet is most going to? they have one at Sundance Saloon aka Sarge's meet and greet or the on at the Ramada? we went to the at the Ramada 3 yrs ago and it was really boring and unorganized. I think we will be going to the Sarge's this time it sounds so fun. I can't believe it's less than 2 weeks until PIR, it seems just a few days ago we were saying good bye at the game. hope to see everyone soon.
I changed my hotel from the ramada to Springhill Suits by Marriott waukegan. Talked to some friends that was there 3 weeks ago, it was enough to change my mind. I also rsvp to the meet and greet at Sarges. Looking forward to meeting our new Navy Family! LESS than 2weeks Mommas and we will get to bawl like babies and hug our Sailors!!! I started packing and making my "to do" list. Gotta stay busy!!!
Just wanted to let you all know that the link is up for us to print our gate pass. Just printed mine. http://www.bootcamp.navy.mil/upcoming_grads.asp
