Just wondering, is anyone coming to the packing party from CT??

I want to make sure we have everything we'll need, so if you will be there please leave a comment.  I didn't start a discussion, because the 20th is this Saturday!!!

Well, the next S. New England packing party is going to be on Saturday, April 20th.  It was the best day but only by one mom.  Please do try to make it!!  I will put the details in a discussion above in the next day or two.

So mark your calendars - 4/20 beginning at 11:30am at Harrington Hospital in Southboro, right off Rte. 84 in CT.

Have a great time Donna & Moms!!!  I'm going to see if my husband would like to go (i.e. drive me!!).  It is a bit iffy since his mother had surgery last Friday.  I get to remove the bandages tomorrow, but she is a very needy person...  we'll see.  I'll call you Donna if we are going to be able to make it.  [Fingers crossed!]

Looking forward to meeting you all.

What is more fun than a trip to Disney World??

A southern New England Packing Party!!!!!  (Well, almost...  lol)

I am still looking for input as to which date is best for the majority of Moms.  Please consider helping with this adoption!  Response has been slow from everywhere & these sailors working in Combat Support Hospitals really could use a boost to their morale.  Just imagine the trauma and death they have to deal with every single day!  More than any ED/ER in our community hospitals for sure. They need some encouragement from US.

If you can't make the party perhaps you can send a box or 2 (or more) on your own?  Thank you everyone!

April 27th would work for me, will be away the 20th.

We are taking a poll as to which date is most convenient for the majority of Mms for our regional packing party.  It will be held at Harrington Hospital as before.  The 2 dates we are considering are April 20 or 27.  Please leave a comment as to which date you would prefer.  The time will also be the same as before 11:30A to 5P with the understanding that we may leave earlier.

Our boxes will go to the staff of 2 Combat Support Hospitals in the sandbox.  There is a total of 100 people.  More info to follow in a discussion above once we set the date.

I have to call Joan back next Friday with our choice of date.  If you would just leave a comment as to which day is most convenient for you that would be great.  Looking forward to meeting you all in person!!
