Well goodluck this week then. I know the last thing my husband wants to come home to is a sick wife. lol he emailed me today saying all of the guys wanted to know what the weather was looking like for when they get home so he had me send them a 10 day weather forecast. How crazy?

i know the feeling. Remb how we were talking about the weather the other day. Well this wonderful Virginia Beach weather has caused me to get sick :( Im trying to get the apt cleaned up before he gets home but i must say i am lacking motivation. The only thing about the phones on his ship is that they told everybody when they got to port that they were going to fix them. so everyone is mad bc they said they were going to fix them and then they didnt but oh well what can you do?? Its good to hear that your jobs/ school are going well. Im glad someone can do it bc i dont know that i could.

I HATE river city. My husband does not even know when it happens so i get lots of emails that i cannot read. It prob does depend on where they work because my husband works on the aircrafts so that is prob why he doesnt really  get  to call along with the fact that the phones have been broken since they left. aww yayy one month down already. my hubby is gone on a work up and has been gone a little over a month. How are the jobs going?

Seriously. I know some girls on the Hampton Military Wives Brunch Bunch for Va Beach. They get like 2 phone calls a day from their husband and im thinking wth. They must be like sneaking phone calls because. I have not received one. I think it just depends on the ship they are attached to. My husband just tried to email but i cannot read the email bc his ship is blocking outgoing emails right now. He can read mine though :( i hate it when they do this.

I hope you get a phone call soon. The only phone call i got from my hubby is when they got to port. It stinks.

He's not home yet but he will be soon. Thank god. Im about to go stir crazy. I went with my friend to pick her husband up (she wanted me to take pics for her) and i was so jealous. I miss him. It does not help that they will not fix the phones on the ship, so all we have is email.

Ashley: I would call that fate. Its funny. God works in some strange ways. Thanks for some ideas also. My husband is almost home :) im so excited. But the ideas will come in handy when he goes on his first real deployment in May.

I'd like ideas too, actually... My hubby is only on a short underway but deployment is coming up...

Hi I'm Lindsay. My fiance is currently on his first deployment. Many of my "regular" friends just don't understand... so I'm looking for people in similar situations to talk to :)

He has yet to arrive at his destination, but I am attempting to think of cool ideas for a care package. Anyone have any unique ideas that I may steal? :)

i didnt want to go to San Diego because all of our family is in Ga, so it would be impossible for us to visit family without having to fly home every time.
