PIR Sword and Salute?

I am currently watching this week's PIR and was curious who the two sailors are at the lead of each division, what are their postions? One has a sword and the other salutes.

    The Sailor with the sword is the RCPO or RPOC, Recruit Chief Petty Officer.

    The person saluting is the RLPO, Recruit Leading Petty Officer, still called AROC.
