Will my sailors brother be allowed at her Graduation if he has a warrant for an old traffic ticket? We just found out about it and are not able to take care of it before her graduation. It will break her heart if he isn't allowed.

Hi Sarah - based on 1a on the visitor access form it does state that:"SR can not knowingly request a visitor that has an outstanding warrant". Here is the form for you to look at:

Worst case your son can go to Chicago but won't be able to get on base for the PIR. Your daughter could see him afterwards. I know that's not what you want but that might be how it works.
