apartments in norfolk

Can anyone tell me about some good apartments in norfolk va?

I am looking for something that is in a decent area, i have two kids and would like to be able to take them outside to play.

Any and all info is greatly appreciated

My son lives in Virginia Beach - I don't think Portsmouth is a good area. Not sure about Norfolk

Norfolk is not a real great place to live. Just my opinion. I have one son in Virginia Beach and another in Hampton. You may want to look a little outside the Norfolk area with kids.
