Hi...Does anyone know wherenI can find groups by Ships names? I received my son's 1st letter yesterday & he said he was on USS ARIZONA....Wld like to find more mom's with kids on the same ship....
I gathered your son is a boot camp. The ship he is referring to are names of barracks. Refer back to your form letter and look for the PIR (Graduation from Boot Camp) date and join that group. Here is a list - just click on the underlined link:
You'll see a diagram of the barracks and the names (after US ships) for each barrack.
If I assumed incorrectly and your son is deployed on an official US Navy vessel, then check this list of Navy For Moms groups associated with REAL ships:
