Do people receive a second hour long call while in boot camp?

My boyfriend called me earlier today saying that he got a mandatory hour long call but I wasn't able to pick up since I was taking my ACT (I'm currently a senior in high school). I felt really bad because my test ended 5-10min after his last call and it wouldn't let me call back. Also, he's only been able to call me twice before and the calls were only about 3min long. Do you guys know if he'll be able to get another hour long call? Or any calls for that matter?

    It's not mandatory, but yes, some RDC's do schedule the phone banks to allow each recruit an hour or more to make calls.  See Phone Cards and Phone Calls.

        They make calls as a division most of the time, so if a call is missed, they do not get an individual make up call.  However, the division may earn opportunities to call again.
