Clarification on Mailing Address for Navy OCS

Hello, 

My bf recently left for OCS this past weekend so I am new to this.  What is the official mailing address for Navy OCS?  The handbook says that it is this;

OC (Your Name)
Officer Candidate School
Class XX-XX
Officer Training Command Newport
291 Kollmeyer St
RI 02841

While the Navy OCS website (http://www.ocs.navy.mil/ocs_faq.asp) says this:

OC (Your Name)
Officer Candidate School
Class XX-XX
Officer Training Command Newport
1356 Meyerkord Avenue
Newport, RI 02841-1641

I have looked it up on this site and there are people that have claimed one or the other... I looked it up on google maps and the locations are 11 minutes apart from one another.  Could someone who had someone go through Navy OCS and received mail clarify this for me?  Thank you.

    Update:  The meyerkord address is the correct one but either one should work.  I had this clarified by the person running the Navy OCS facebook.
