900's division sailors

Just got my letter today and my daughter in Ship 2 Div 931!  So proud of her it sounds like an honor when I googled 900 Divisions!!

My son carried the American Flag today at graduation.  Loved seeing this on video!  He will graduate with the 925 division next Friday.  Can't wait!  I love the Navy for Moms site.  It is so helpful to go through this together.

My SR is on Ship 02 DIV 932. 

So sad for our Sailor that lost her mother suddenly. We will pray for her and her family to continue to be strong.

Robin Mount Anderson I got your message but cant seem to reply back by clicking on the message. You ask what family member I have in the 900 division. My SR is on ship 02 USS Reuben James DIV 928. He is at BC currently. PIR 5-23-14. Its my son Ryan.

Hi Laura - Yes, we will be attending graduation!  Just booked our flights and hotel this week!  My husband, and two adult children can't wait!!  I've been watching the PIR for the past couple of Fridays, streaming live!  Its impressive!!  Tracy

Like many of you, we received our form letter on Friday.  My daughter is a member of Ship 02 Div 937 with a PIR of 7/25/14.  So excited to see her even if it is for a short period as I believe she leaves the very next day for Pensacola and A School.  Anyone else going to be experiencing this?  Look forward to meeting some of you at PIR!! 

What happens if an SR does not pass one or the other academic or physical testing?

Like Tonya, I too got a call on Sunday.  It was very short but my daughter sounded quite tired.  I know they were swimming yesterday as part of their training.  I will ask a few more questions about bunk mates and see if she has met anyone else headed to Pensacola after graduation.  Is anyone else's kid in the reserves?

I am new to this so I am not sure what to do. My son arrived 6/3 he is in DIV 938 PIR 8/1. can anyone tell me what that means I have read about 900 division but there are several different things he could be doing?

We got a call from my son last night.  He seems to be doing ok.  He really likes being in the Navy.  I am excited for his future.

Anyone from DIV 938 get a letter from their SR yet?

Received a call from my SR today, It was so good to hear his voice since he had his teeth pulled I was worried, his face is still swollen and bruised, but he got a day is SIQ and he said he caught up on his sleep and feels rested for the first time in weeks. He sounded good, was a nice call and not rushed apparently the division had to do ITE which is intensive training 45 minutes of non stop working out said it was awful and he's in very good shape. He is still excited said he gets his dress uniform next week. hope everyone is well and can't wait to see everyone at PIR

Just got a 15 minute social call from my son! Stay by your phones!

It's been 2 weeks today since my daughter left.  We have received her box but still no form letter.  Anxious to hear something. 

Seen my SR Div 936 on the live feed of today's PIR ceremony.  900 Division mamas/family -- make sure to watch the life fee 2 weeks before their scheduled PIR-  you might be lucky enough to cathc a glimpse of your SR!!  Gotta tell you this mama was pretty proud to see him in his dress whites!  Go NAVY!

Arizonasky42....I'm just asking.....do you know your SR is in a 900 division b/c that is what this group is.  If your SR left around the 17th or 18th, I would post your comment on the 8/15/14 PIR group because the admns there might be able to give you more info.   Best of luck.  I'm sorry to hear that you haven't heard anything.  I'm sure you will hear something soon!  Is there a significant other in the picture that might have heard something?

Watched the live feed of the PIR last Friday and was able to see my daughter, Ship 02, Div 937, carrying her flag!!  For those of you who have loved ones in this division, try to watch on Friday, 7/18, perhaps we will get to see them again.

I watched last Friday's PIR and saw my son!  I was so excited and can't wait until graduation on Friday.

I heard division 936 won the Captain's Cup.  Does anyone know what that means?
