ProudMomofD3 - my son is on ship 3, division too. I got the letter last Friday. Their graduation date is 9/25!

We received the form letter Friday yayee!  Mik is ship 3, Div 322!  We reserved rooms for the navy lodge!  Can't wait to meet everyone!

I read somewhere about a meet and greet Thursday night, does anyone know about it?

I did not get a form letter, but i did get a real letter my son is ship 02 div 946, he will be on the drill team. Was so excited to hear from him. Will I still get the form letter?

man, i so wish i was there now. Being in AZ, our humidity isn't as high as theirs, but our heat, 100+. Gotta love our Monsoons though. I miss my daughter so much. :-)

Good Morning - Hope we all get letters this week!  My sons recruiter did all the security clearance prior to his entrance Cody was in the DEP program.  He had signed up back in October 2014. So I wasn't lucky enough to get that clearance call.  But his recruiter was re-assigned just prior to him going to BC. :( Very sad because now I feel like I don't get the info I should be.  I've called the office but no response.

Booked my flight and hotel last night for PIR. I had no idea how fast the hotels would fill up. Thankfully I got a room. 

Still waiting for a "real" letter. But happy to have an address to send mail.

I finally got a letter and form letter! Ship 2, Div 946. He is in choir! I would also love to have the link for the facebook group! Thanks!

Ellen0502 - You are a God send!  An angel among us.  thank you for all the time you spend with us.  Its funny how you see the same questions posted a week later and then another week later but yet you veterans take the time to still respond as if they or I were the first ones asking it. 

Please let me know if I have made an error in the ship number of your SRs division.

TyNavyMum:  Sometimes the ships undergo maintenance resulting in a change of ships (barracks) for some divisions.  This is normal.  Until your SRs give you a new mailing address, continue to mail to the old one.  The mail will be forwarded to your SRs.

Since I have not received my form letter does anyone have any suggestion on which hotels to stay at.

Navy Lodge (book in SR's name if you do not have military ID)

Also, Courtyard, Residence Inn, Springhill Suites, Holiday Inn Express.  4-5 miles from RTC, near a large Walmart center...restaurants there, Sarge's MeetandGreet nearby.  Call these hotels direct and ask for the Navy Graduation discount.
