This group is for N4M members that have a loved one leaving for bootcamp in May...I will leave the year open so that even future Deppers leaving in the month of May of any year can join...Lets share stories, information, concerns, and questions

Recruit ship date is May 25th....anyone else have this ship date?

Just curious if there is anyone else who has recruit leaving tomorrow, May 25th? If so, how are you feeling? I am very nervous!

    My son left Monday, the 21st. I miss him terribly already but I know this is what he wanted and he was so excited! I can't wait to get his mailing address and graduation date!

      Today was the day and we just said our see ya laters at the airport. Didn't cry...much...lol.

        Hi, my son shipped out on May 25, 2017 also.  Such an exciting time for us.  I didn't cry much but sobbed like a baby when i saw a sailor in uniform the other day in the grocery store.  Wasn't expecting that!
