Good morning!  I’m a new mom with a DS in the HAC process (helicopter aircraft commander).  He is finding it much more difficult than his friends in other squadrons.  Does anyone know if the board questions are standard or are the questions determined by the CO?  I’ve read on another site that each community is different.

Also, does anyone know what happens if he doesn’t pass?  He is coming down to the wire.
