My son lived at Breakers. He did not want to have a roommate though as he studies better on his own. He was also planning on getting married while there and having his wife join him.This was 3 years ago, I think. Not sure how those apartments are now. They were a really nice gated complex though. He has always found his own housing so I really can't give you much more info on housing.

Other guys I know made plans with classmates from P'cola to rent homes together.
