The church I attend offers GriefShare, it's a 13 week class, offers material, video and friendships with others.
Anyone can go to the website of www.griefshare.org and type in your zip code , and they will direct you to a local church class.
We lost my Mom April 27th 2007 and now my Dad Feb 07 2014 it is not easy losing a Parent they are always such a very big part of our life, but when you know in Christ that they are both together again and like how my Dad ached for my Mom as if part of him had died, I knew I could not be selfish in wanting them to stay here their health failing I knew in my heart of hearts that they were now happy together and I knew now I needed to focus on my own family and make what life I have left here on this earth the best and molding my life like the life of Jesus, no I can never be Jesus but I can strive to be like him and he was all about helping others and doing his Father's will, and the fact that I have Jesus in my life I know that I will see my Parents and all my Loved One's again one day, I Pray that this will help and touch the heart of just even one and make them feel stronger.
