Husband graduated BESS Oct 8th, still no orders, how long/ what should we do?
Hello everyone,
Please if you have any info on how long we should expect to get our orders, I live in KY and my husband is in CT...we have a 5 month old and would love to be a family again. We are still waiting on our orders to there, and no one can give us any information ....please help...

It all depends upon what his rating is going to be and what training he will have to do. He will probably still need to do ATT and TECHNO school (self paced) then on to the A school for his rating (job). My grandson has been in Groton since May 7th and graduated BESS on July 15th (if I remember right) and he will JUST be beginning his A school on Oct 31st which is 20 weeks long. So it is hard to say how long to be a family again, my grandson also has a small child and would love to be together but it looks like we will have to wait till Christmas or New Years to see him., The schooling closes for those two weeks so some are allowed to take leave.
