I just wanted to introduce myself to this group. My son is in Iraq, and that's pretty much all I can say. Does anyone have any suggestions for care packages? I am happy to send them to any serviceman or woman who might be in need over there.

    Fsnoule, first of all, welcome! I would suggest that you post your questions on the main page of comments, you'll find the comment section under the discussion and news section on the main page . Not many will see or check the discussion page, I am notified of a post here only because I am the admin of the page. We've been discussing packages alot on the main page. There is also a link to Molly's Adopt A Sailor group that organizes packing parties as well as has names for adoption of sailors/soldiers/marines that need packages! see you there!

      Hi im Debbie, my son is on his second tour in Afghan, he has told me the kool aide packets are awesome, the ones that you put in a water bottle!! he said they were like gold.
