I found a discussion on here but from 2009 and not sure how current or active those members are. My fiance is heading out there in about a month to start A school. We are getting married in December so I will be there also in about 2 months. We are considering the off base military housing and I was wondering if anyone has experience with this housing? I know he will be based at Point Loma during school, so I wasn't sure if there was a complex or a few complexes someone could recommend that may be closer to that part of base than others? I have never been to San Diego or the Naval Base Complex there but I do know it is very large. I am not sure how it is spread out or if it's all pretty much together, so I don't know if any of the complexes would work or if they have certain ones depending on which part of base you are at.
