My son received an ELMS worksheet stating that his medical issue did not exist prior to entering Naval Service which he had faxed to us. A few days later he called his girlfriend and he told her that another Dr. changed the status and now stating that the problem did exist prior to entering. He had problems with it only after getting his wisdom teeth out and than getting sick right after. He needs an operation and now they won't pay for it because they changed his status. I just don't understand why they changed it.

Can they change a ELMS worksheet after it was issued?
