My son just graduated bc Aug 24th.  He then attended an additional 2 weeks of training at Great Lakes, After the two weeks, he was then able to come home for 10 days before he had to report to his next duty station.  He flew out to Norfolk and was there for about 1 1/2 weeks before they flew him to meet up with his ship.  He's now been on his ship for about 3 weeks and is loving every minute of it.  Hope this helps.
