Ingredients:
1 2-lb pork tenderloin
1 1-oz envelope of dry onion soup mix
1 cup water
3/4 cup red wine
3 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
freshly ground black pepper
****The original recipe calls for 3 TBLS of soy sauce, but I cut it down to 2 TBLS. It sort of overpowered the other flavors unless I cut it back.****
Directions: Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.

Pork tenderloin turned out nice! Hubby really liked it. I did cut back to 2tbsp of the soy sauce but I think next time I will cut back to 1tbsp. I'm not a big fan of the soy sauce so I think with just a little of the flavor it would be ok!
Ultimately I will make it again - and next time I might throw in some red potatoes and carrots so I have everything done at once!

Yeah, the soy sauce is a force to be dealt with. I thought maybe the less-sodium soy sauce might make a difference, but no, it's just the soy sauce. I'm glad it was well-received.
