My Granddaughter Megan Brown, will be graduating in Chicago in less then 3 weeks! Her Grandfather and I could not be prouder! Are there are any Grandma's or Grandpa's out there?

    Thank you for the notes ladies! It's so good to hear from other Grandmother's! When our Granddaughter Megan announced that she would be signing up for the Navy we were shocked and awed! She is an only child and has been very sheltered. The town where she grew up had nothing to offer her and she was ready for a challenge. We are so proud of her as she is entering her 6th week of Boot Camp! Grandpa and I along with Mom and Dad will be flying to Chicago for a November 1st Graduation. Because she will be attending school at Great Lakes, we will be able to spend the weekend with her! We can hardly wait! Thank you for sharing your stories! Kristine Brown

      My Grandson Logan graduates in Great Lakes on Nov 22. We are so excited! We & his Mom will be there! So very proud that he chose the Navy!
