"A" School

Looking for some good ideas for care packages for a school. My husband just got to Pensecola. Hoping to send him something that can help win over his roomies too...TIA!!

    Movies they can play on a computer and cookies were requested here. And paperback books (I'm sending the Bourne Identity book series 1 a month).

        Keep in mind that whatever you send to A School, your sailor eventually has to carry it with him or her to their first duty station or ship home - unless it's cookies of course!  It can also be hard for them to pick up mail while in school.  A good idea during A School is to purchase gift cards online that can be sent via email - chain restaurants near school, Starbucks, or a Visa gift card that can be used everywhere, including the NEX.  Then start sending care packages once the sailor has reached their first duty station.
