What is Red Rate?
My daughter has been undesig for a year. She texted me to say she met with the CC (Career Counselor?) and said she chose Red Rate- Quartermaster. Could someone please explain what this means? I just want to be informed so I can support her better.

I should say what "Red Rate" means, not what Quartermaster does. I know what a quartermaster does, but not sure of the qualifications, school etc so any information on that would be helpful too. Thanks in advance!
