Does anyone know hotels etc on base or around Meridian MS?? I plan to rent a car and drive 8hrs to MS. Just any advice would be greatly appreciated! I havent seen him since 3/11 he had no graduation while in BC bcus he was sent to RCU/FIT

Bonita lakes mall has several hotels and restaurants easy drive to the base

My Daughter is also there. We are driving down to see the graduation. She suggested staying on base, I will ask her the hotel.

There is navy Gateway inn & suites on base and a whole list of hotels... Type in navy lodge on your search engine the page will have a list starting at the top... If you stay on base you first have to get clearance in advance... your sailor will have to get you a gate pass to get on base or put you on a list NAVY LODGE or DOD LODGE or NAVY GATEWAY INNS & SUITES sailors can have liberty for 48 hours as long as they do not have duty and they can go as far as the gulf.
