My son has been a part of the P-3 community although he has not lived there in awhile.  He still maintains a home in Fleming Island.  The community is south of NAS-JAX, about a 20 minute drive straight up Hwy 17 I think.  Fleming Island Plantation is a planned  community that has great amenities---a splash park right next to some great townhomes---Lake Ridge North; Lake Ridge South are duplexes on the other side.  There is also an apartment complex but I cannot remember the names of them.  Shopping, cinemas, food places are all close.    Here is a link        http://flemingislandplantation.com/home.asp     Good luck on the move.  I love to visit my son's house as it is such a nice area.  Regards:  Navymom06:
