    April, my son is in Ship 14 DIV 062, and will head to MC A School in Fort Meade, Maryland.

      Were either of you surprised by your SRs A school? Did they choose that or was it just given? We home-schooled our son and he always loved anything military, history, outdoors extreme things....but he HATED writing. So I was just amazed to see him put into something that may include so much media....getting more and more educated about it on the Fort Meade MC Blog.

        Hello everyone... my son Ryan is in Ship 02 Div 910 and he is Weapons Petty Officer.  He is also a Rifle Spinner.  So proud !  He is going to A School for Information Technology (IT) in Pensacola, Florida.  We are from the south suburbs of Chicago - Oak Lawn / Chicago Ridge area specifically.  Anyone close by or anyone's son or daughter mentioned my son?
