What they can have at A School

I printed a list of what can be brought from home after PIR  to keep with them and there is an item I'm unclear about. Does Security Locks for laptops and other electronics refer to a combination lock for closet or a locked case or cable or anything else.

    My daughter is currently in BC but will be starting A School next month. Can you tell me where you found the list of items of things to be brought from home?

      I believe it is for their personal items they can lock up when they're not in the room. They have a closet/dresser space from what my son has told me since in GL there are usually 4 per bunk area, 2 each share a room. They possibly could get cables if they have to leave large items out such as a TV I suppose. I'm not sure if their room doors to the entire room locks or not, that is something I need to ask my son too bc he has a birthday coming up and we'll be sending presents if I can't sneak away to see him ;)
