USS San Antonio are as follows:

Wave 2   9-6 thru 9-9        334  DONE
Wave 3   9-19 thru 9-26     391 DONE
The next ship is the smallest-USS Whidbey Island

    Heads at ease,

I am a US Sailor currently deployed onboard the USS San Antonio,
we received some of your wonderful handmade pillowcases and handwritten
cards recently and I wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude
and let you know just how much it means to have your thoughts and
prayers with us. The time and effort spent to help comfort us while away
from home does not go unnoticed and on behalf of us all, thank you so
very much. A special thanks to Miss Carol Coddington, whose card and
pillowcase I received; it brightened my day, and keeps my head comforted
    at night.

Thank you,  Petty Officer Third Class Jonathan Z

    Good morning,

I received a lovely pillowcase this morning. I was told to “grab a pillowcase that I liked from the box”

but I had no idea they would all be so nice. Given the opportunity to see where the pillowcases came

from, I just wanted to thank someone. It says made by Martha Marty so thank you very much. I have

one with little Scottish Terriers on it. Thank you all at Heads At Ease very much. I won’t go on and one

but your efforts are definitely appreciated! J

Very Respectfully,   PO3 Jazmin USS Whidbey Island LSD 41

Mary, Annette, Jolene, Linda, and all of the wonderful seamstresses at
    Heads at Ease,
I wanted to thank you very much from myself and all of Combat Systems
Department. We recently received quite a few beautifully sewn
pillowcases whilst out here on deployment, and are incredibly grateful!

Thank you for what you are doing and know that it really is making a
difference and adding a touch of home.
(I wrote back and asked her to describe it and this is what she sent back):

As requested, I have a really fun rainbow vertical striped pillow with
the cuff being brown with white polka-dots and a slim yellow and white
    flower pattern just below that.

I also have a green with leaves and a pink flower/white background cuff
with a slim solid pink band beneath that.

    Thank you again!

Warmly,  LT Beth-Ann C. P Combat Systems Officer  USS SAN ANTONIO (LPD-17)

    Hi Christine,
I just wanted to reach out to you to say thank you for making the
pillow cases for our crew. I came across your email while distributing
them. It's very thoughtful of you and anyone else who has a hand in this
to think about our service members.

    Very respectfully,

      Ma'am,
This is extremely late and I apologize, but I wanted to thank you for the pillowcases.  All of my Marines on the 22D MEU greatly appreciated them.  I can honestly say it means a lot to know people like yourself take the time to remember my Marines and I.  This was my 7th deployment and I can tell you it means a lot.
      Thank you again,
      God Bless,
      Dan   Major USMC
