Hi Seth's mom &Momma, my son too is ship03 div127. We are from FL. He is my baby too. He left on 2/4. So thankful for N4Ms. Love the comments and all the information. Our letter had the wrong date. Couldn't believe it. Happy we can all support each other.

Good evening everyone!  I am hoping I am a part of this group.  Got the Box 2 days ago, but no letter yet.  I am not booking flights or hotel until I get it.  This is really killing me.  I have been writing letters and putting pictures on it, but I would really like to be able to send it and him read it!!  I guess I will just have to learn to be patient.....especially now.  He is Nuke.  Anyone else on here that and got the letter?

Just a reminder for those looking into making travel plans....be sure to checkout Southwest Airlines into Milwaukee (45 min to GL) or Chicago-Midway (hour+ to GL).  There is no change fee should your plans or your SR's date change (my SR's date changed when he was there after we had our reservations which sadly were not with Southwest....sigh).  2 bags check for free too!

My boyfriend is in ship 2 division 921. His mother recieved his box of clothes however, we havent received the "form letter" yet? has anyone else not gotten their form letter? when will we be getting it?

Hello PIR 4-4-14 moms.  Daughter Ship 9 (JFK) Div 129.  Any brother divisions or moms of daughters on same ship/div?  

I received box Tuesday, but still no form letter.   Got her ship/div by calling recruiter....feeling lonely as most everyone here has sons.

Too funny, KirksMom!  But I'm just the dianne who is a N4Moms veteran helping out on here!  I'm not actually in this PIR group---I just join all of them to help out....my son PIRed over 4 yrs ago and has now been honorably discharged....finishing his Bachelors with the GI Bill (hopefully this summer, he will be done!). 

Unusual to find someone else with the 2 n's though....

diannep - thank you so much for this information.  I recall seeing supermom on the FebDepper site before and have connected with her.  This is so kind of you.

supermom:  There are occasionally all-female divisions, not often, but have been some in the past.  It will be interesting to see if both of your girls are in all-female divisions or integrated (male/female)?   I'm thinking integrated but we shall see!  In the integrated divisions, they train together but have separate barracks....girls from both divisions together/guys from both divisions together.

supermom I sent you PM.  Yes, I am excited, too, because I think I recall some of your post on the Feb depper site and your kind remarks.  I hope our daughters can get to know one another.  What was your daughters rate?

I still havent gotten the letter to confirm what the recruiter has told me. so im patiently stalking the mailman  lol

today is a rough day. Fridays seem to get to me more so than any other day. we always spent weekends together. Ive cried twice already over silly little things. Not being able to give her heartbox of chocolates and seeing the questionairre on the facebook page to send your SR for them to fill out. I could hear her voice telling me the answers i know she will put and i cried and cried :(

Hi fellow moms! My son is ship 09 div 130. We got the letter on Wednesday and my son managed to scribble I love you mom on the front of the brochure that was enclosed with the letter! Of course I cried... again. Very excited to have a date and a countdown!

FINALLYYYYYY  WOOOHOOO...no letter but I found a mom! Foreverproudmom our kids are together! :)

Superior - yay! Hope they are getting to know each other!! Hope your letter comes soon. Ours is hanging front and center on the frig!!! So excited. Can't wait for April!
